The 26thand the 27thof May will take place the first edition of “Un Mare d’Olio” (“A Sea of Oil”), hosted by Ascom and C.i.v. “Costa dei Delfini” in collaboration with the Region Liguria and the Cities of Santa Margherita and Portofino. 24 producers of first-quality oil from different Italian regions will participate along with the presence of the awarded chef Gianfranco Vissani. There will also be a meeting at the Teatrino of Portofino, at 4 p.m. on Saturday’s afternoon, with Oscar Farinetti.
A bottle of Niasca Portofino’s oil will be given as a gift to every owner of a business located between Santa Margherita and Portofino to improve the appreciation of local products.
