Clear, yellow light straw-colored, this grappa released immediately an aromatic scent, delicate, fine, sweet with a hint of freshly distilled grape marc. On the nose we recognize an intense freshness typical of a young grappa, accompanied by a hint of oak and an ethereal reminiscent of bramblerose. In the mouth is lively, intense and delicate with a perfect balance between the immediate and enveloping warmth of alcohol and aromas.  It ‘a smooth and velvety grappa, almost sweet. The very pleasant and persistent aftertaste reflects the freshness of the scent and reminds a slight hint of late pear. It rests 5-6 months in small oak barrels and then bottled immediately to retain as much as possible the natural and fruity aromas of the grape
