We want to be on the tables of our customers every day, so we have prepared a simple tomato sauce with basil leaves that can be used alone or as a base for many recipes. Our mission is to bring back the tomato sauces and pastes that our grandmothers used to prepare in the summer. We make our sauces by simmering each batch in small pots, allowing us to rediscover the true tomato taste. Our tomatoes are processed within 48 hours of harvest, without added salt. Portofino produces some of the best basil in the world.
